Tochange internal spatial re-arrangement of the new extension to providea revised kitchen location and a more efficient ‘functional’ diagram for the venue as a whole. External façade amendments in accordance with the revised plan layout including the introduction of additional fixed glazed panels and timber cladding and new external glazed doors.
