The proposals include the upgrading of life expired existing services
in the basement by providing a new plant room arrangement and
location. Extending the Billiard Room by re-instating the historic
vaulted undercroft to its full size. To improve maintenance access to
the basement area around the house and to provide a new gas heating
and hot water back-up provision to run alongside the biomass housed
within the existing outbuildings to the north west of the Hall.
