Certificate of lawfulness for proposed works for canopy porch to be
removed & door & side windows replaced with single window. New canopy porch added at main entrance. Side window at base of stairs changed toan external door (stairs now to be relocated). French doors from existing first floor Bedroom at south elevation removed and opening blocked up & made good. French doors to snug at ground floor blocked up & made good to make space for new stairs.
