T1 is a Wild Cherry tree standing to the rear of the garden at Croft
Cottage. It has been reduced previously. Applicant would like to pollard it to approx. 50% height as it is shading out the garden. Thisis preferable to the second option which would be to fell as the tree will be retained . T2 is a young variegated Acer. It has been reduced and has re-grown with a very dense canopy. Applicant would like to crown reduce by approx 40% to previous pruning cuts in order to maintain the tree in the available space. It overhangs neighbouring property and garden.
