| Proposal | 5 day notice - to fell a tree. Ash tree (T1) we need urgent permission to fell a ash tree which is overhanging our horse arena. Branches are falling off the tree and landing in the arena, if this happens whilst we are riding our competition horses it would cause a nasty accident. The tree does not have a TPO. We had a tree surgeon assess the tree who advised it has die back and will be dead within five years. Our garden is full of mature trees and the removal of onewill not have a negative impact on the environment. |
