(Reserved Matters application for 3 dwellings with detached garages)-
Amended design for plot 1 to the porch. Removal of the large wrap
around canopy to the west and south elevation. The slate and timber
structure would be replaced with a smaller porch design. The balcony
section that connected is modified to continue to provide solar
shading.
