Proposed works to (T1) Pine tree that restricts the light to property
and the adjoining flats. Concerned that the roots to sustain such a
huge tree may interfere with the property and adjoining properties. Weintend to plant a substitute Pine and keep it to a size to suit
garden. Leylandii hedge - This hedge consists of 6 trees which are
about 15 ft high and 10 ft wide, over half of which is in the
neighbours garden. The roots from these trees were found up to the
house. We intend to remove the trees and replace with a fence and
small plants suitable for a small garden.
