T1 Is a mature Common Lime standing in the rear garden of 3 Cedar Grove. It is approx. 20-25m tall and has previously reduced (mostly height reduction). There is considerable re-growth from the pruning points. Applicant would like to reduce to previous pruning points and reduce various limbs overhanging neighbouring property to reduce weight and therefore potential to fail. In all this would represent no more than 15% of the total crown as a maximum.
