Short breaks and activities for children and young people with SEND

In Herefordshire, there are lots of activity clubs and opportunities that welcome children and young people with SEND. Providers should make reasonable adjustments so children and young people can take part wherever possible. Some children and young people may need more specialist support, so it is always best to speak to the provider directly about whether the activity is right for your child or young person.
