We can advocate for children and young people who, for a range of reasons, are unable to instruct an advocate to uphold their rights, wishes and feelings.
Non-instructed advocacy is for children and young people who are unable to give clear and direct instructions to an advocate.
The advocate will focus on their rights, representing their best interests based on observations, gathered information and inferred wishes.
We can only currently support young people who are based in Herefordshire and where a specific issue has been identified that requires advocacy support.
Please use the referral form to refer a young person who you believe would qualify for non-instructed advocacy and lives in the county of Herefordshire.
