You can refer a young person you know or work with to Hear Me and get them an advocate of their own. We can only accept referrals, however, when the young person has agreed to you referring to us.

Once you have completed the referral form, a member of the team will be in touch with the young person to offer them a first appointment.

If your referral is urgent, for example because the young person needs our support at an upcoming meeting, we recommend contacting us. This will enable us to get them an advocate as quickly as possible.
