Support with domestic abuse

If you are experiencing domestic abuse, help is available. Major sporting events can be a difficult time for some people. If you are worried about your own safety, or that of someone you know, confidential support and advice are available on our domestic abuse page.

Help with claiming benefits

If you're not sure what you are eligible for, there is information about benefits and eligibility on the GOV.UK website – it has free-to-use benefits calculators that can provide you with an estimate of what you might qualify for if you choose to apply.

If you need help with the benefits calculator, and you don't have a family member, friend, or support worker who can help, you can book an appointment with one of our customer services officers at Hereford Customer Services Centre and they can show you how to use the benefits calculator, access claim forms and carry out job searches.
