Household Waste Recycling Centres do not accept gas bottles or cylinders. Do not place gas cylinders in your rubbish bin because they may explode if they are crushed.
Gas bottles should be returned to the retailer or your original supplier where they will be reused or be refilled - check the bottle for a phone number. If that doesn't help try CylinderCare for advice.
