Shobdon Parish Council submitted their draft Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 5 February 2016.

The consultation ran from 8 February to 21 March 2016.

Regulation 14 draft plan re-submission stage

Shobdon Parish Council resubmitted their draft Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 23 May 2018.

The consultation ran from 23 May to 5 July 2018.

Regulation 16 plan stage

Shobdon Parish Council submitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 14 December 2016.

The consultation ran from 9 January to 20 February 2017.

Regulation 16 plan re-submission stage

Shobdon Parish Council re-submitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 19 July 2017. The consultation ran from 28 July to 15 September 2017.

Regulation 16 plan second re-submission stage

Shobdon Parish Council submitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 17 August 2018.

The consultation ran from 28 August to 23 October 2018.

Examination stage

The Shobdon Neighbourhood Development Plan was sent for examination on 21 September 2017.  The examiners report was received on 15 December 2017.

The examiner has recommended that the Shobdon Neighbourhood Development Plan go back to Regulation 14 stage.

The Shobdon Regulation 14 resubmission consultation commenced on 23 May and finished on 5 July 2018.

 

Re-examination stage

The Shobdon Neighbourhood Development Plan was sent for examination on 2 November 2018. We received the examiner's report on 2 January 2019.

Referendum stage

The referendum for voters within the Shobdon neighbourhood area was held on 28 February 2019.

Adoption stage

The Shobdon Neighbourhood Development Plan was made on 22 March 2019. It now forms part of the Development Plan for Herefordshire.
