Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document - Council policies, strategies and procedures

The purpose of this Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) is to assist the council in meeting its objective of delivering affordable housing to meet the identified housing needs of the county.

The SPD is designed to provide supplementary guidance on the Herefordshire Local Plan Core Strategy affordable housing policies in the adopted plan.

While it does not in itself make it a policy, it will be a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.
