Herefordshire Cricket provides inclusive opportunities for people with disabilities to take part in cricket in a safe, welcoming and supportive environment. Its disability programme supports children and young people with physical, learning and sensory disabilities, helping them develop cricketing skills, confidence and social connection: A key part of the provision is Super1s, which offers young people aged 12–25 with disabilities regular coaching and competitive cricket. Herefordshire Cricket also runs disability sessions through local community hubs, including Burghill, Tillington & Weobley Cricket Club and Pentland Gardens. The organisation also works with the National Blind College to provide opportunities for visually impaired participants. The programme supports different levels of participation, from recreational cricket to more competitive opportunities. It aims to remove barriers to participation and ensure that everyone the chance to enjoy cricket, develop their abilities.
