Details of provision activity
Through funded projects, Hereford Community Farm offers free inclusive family days, specifically suited to young people with SEND and their families. Activities vary but may include pottery, arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor games, wildlife exploration and opportunities to meet the farm’s animals. Refreshments and lunch are usually included. Subject to funding, workshops for 13–18-year-olds (or up to 25 with SEND) may also be available, focusing on animal care and land-based skills such as woodwork. Hereford Community Farm also work with schools to provide Alternative Provision.
