Volunteer litter pickers privacy notice

You contacted the energy and active travel team of Herefordshire Council and provided your contact details so that we could inform you of any community litter picks that are taking place in the county as you are interested in volunteering to litter pick. To provide information about current litter picks to you, it is necessary for us to collect and hold personal information about you. This information will include:

- Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by telling us by email at stopthedrop@herefordshire.gov.uk

We will only keep your information for the minimum period necessary. The information outlined in this privacy notice will be kept for 12 months and then we'll contact you again to enquire if you still want to be contacted.
