Herefordshire Council has received an application from Bosbury and Coddington Group Parish Council for the designation of a Neighbourhood Area. The application has been submitted under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and in accordance with Regulation 5 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.
This consultation is being carried out under Regulation 6, which requires the Local Planning Authority to publicise a neighbourhood area application on its website and in such other manner as it considers appropriate to bring it to the attention of those living, working, or carrying on business in the proposed area.
As part of this wider publicity, notices of the consultation will be posted on or close to the parish noticeboards within both parishes included in the proposed neighbourhood area.
The proposed neighbourhood area covers the entirety of both Bosbury and Coddington parishes.

Consultation period
The consultation will run for six weeks, in accordance with Regulation 6(c).

All representations must be received by this date.
What happens next?
Once the consultation has closed, the Local Planning Authority will consider all responses before deciding whether to designate the proposed area under Regulation 7. The decision and supporting information will be published on this webpage.
