The Sports Facilities Framework is a joint local authority project. It focuses on specialist built facilities for sport, and the potentially changing demand for grass playing fields within both Herefordshire and Worcestershire. It identifies any current gaps in provision, and looks to the future to assess what facilities are likely to be required.
