Description
Several species may require reintroductions to support the recovery of their populations in Herefordshire. This involves the deliberate release of the species, either from captivity or areas where populations still remain, to reestablish in areas which it used to inhabit.

Promote the reintroduction of the plant, Wood Bitter-vetch where suitable
Priority description
Wood Bitter Vetch is a legume with drooping pink/cream flowers and is known to be surviving in two sites in Herefordshire. Both of which require alterations to grazing regimes as one is overgrazed, whilst the other is under grazed, to ensure these populations can be sustained. Reintroduction to nearby sites could also support the recovery of Wood Bitter-vetch.
