We've produced this policy to create a joint understanding of what is considered acceptable and unacceptable behaviour when working with officers and councillors of Herefordshire Council. It includes dealing with abusive, persistent or vexatious complaints from members of the public. We are keen to positively and proactively work with customers to resolve issues, using our resources to achieve the best outcomes for the county and, specifically, the most vulnerable.
