Summary

Herefordshire Council has a responsibility to comply with the Public Services (Social Value) Act 201. We have to consider how we might improve the economic, social and environmental wellbeing of the relevant area of the authority on whose behalf a public services contract is intended to be made.

This statement builds upon the our work to date, to promote and enable further social value benefits for Herefordshire through commercial activity, including commissioning, procurement and contract management.
