The aim of this strategy is to provide an overview of the housing related work delivered by Herefordshire Council. It outlines what is being delivered currently and why, as well as detailing the improvements that the council intends to make over the next five years based on existing plans and strategies.
The Strategy does not seek to duplicate existing strategies, policies or action plans. While this strategy refers to planning policy, it is not a planning document and cannot change existing planning policy.
