The housing market area needs assessment covers the period 2020 to 2041 and is intended to provide a robust evidence base regarding the need for housing for each of the seven housing market areas across Herefordshire.
This is to allow the council to be able to develop policies to create balanced communities, create relevant housing pathways of choice and to support economic regeneration in both urban and rural parts of Herefordshire.
