Herefordshire education of children with medical needs policy

Name
Herefordshire education of children with medical needs policy
Summary

Herefordshire policy for the education of Herefordshire children unable to attend school because of health needs.

Our vision is to enable all Herefordshire children and young people to access a good or better full time education, where their needs are met, so that they can learn successfully and each reach their full potential.

This policy sets out how Herefordshire Council will work with all agencies so that Herefordshire children who are of compulsory school age (5-16) and who are not able to attend school because of their health needs, are supported to achieve our vision.
