The Children and Families Strategic Improvement Plan has been created to transform Herefordshire's Children's Social Care services over the next four years. It was endorsed by Cabinet at the 28 October 2021 meeting.
The Plan sets out how we will deliver high-quality services for the county’s children and young people and place them at the heart of decision-making processes. It aims to rebuild trust and ensure that we provide compassionate and effective services for children and young people that last into the future.
