This plan identifies the key priorities for Herefordshire Council's Adult and Community Learning Service (ACLS) to achieve its strategic and organisational aims for the academic years 2019-22. It was decided to extend the plan for the academic year 22/23.

The plan covers the funding received from the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) annually to deliver community learning and adult skills learning opportunities to Herefordshire residents aged 19 and over.
