Targeted Provision offers relationship-led education packages for children and young people with
SEND and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, helping them to engage with learning and
fulfil their potential. We have extensive experience supporting young people who are care
experienced, those with EHCPs and those who present serious safeguarding risks.Support is delivered by experienced, trauma-aware teachers and takes place at home, in school,
in community venues and online. Guided by the principles of trauma-informed practice, our
relational approach ensures that every young person receives personalised support from a
trusted adult. We work in collaboration with schools and local authorities to re-engage and
reintegrate children and young people. All our tutors are qualified teachers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting young
people with additional needs. Many have dedicated their careers working with the most
vulnerable learners and have experience working with other agencies such as social services and CAMHS to support young people. - Accreditations

We offer 1:1 and small group tuition, both in person and online, for CYP between KS1 and KS4 with unmet SEND/SEMH needs. Each package is developed with the YP’s individual outcomes at the centre, so the provision looks very different in many circumstances. All sessions are delivered by Qualified Teachers with a trauma-informed approach and are overseen by our SEND Specialist Team.
- Between 2-18 hours per week.
- Tuition in core subjects.
- Access to exams - online assessments for Entry Level 3, Level 1 and 2 Functional Skills through our own exam centre.
- Vocational courses focussed on re-engagement, delivered through the AQA Unit Award Scheme.
Our priorities for CYP are successful transition into adulthood: personal development, meeting individual needs, encouraging self-regulation, and fostering an inclusive atmosphere where every CYP feels supported and cared for. We do this through Relational Learning – we understand that strong, nurturing relationships form the foundation for effective learning, particularly for CYP who have experienced trauma.
