We help young people and children achieve positive outcomes by enhancing their academic progress and maximising their achievement. We do this through tailored programmes of support, including mentoring, specialist SEND and mental health support, as well as alternative provision and tuition.
Our mission is to help young people and children feel confident and achieve great things.
At Randstad, we offer a comprehensive tutoring service tailored for local authorities to support children and young people. Our approach includes personalised support from a dedicated account manager, regular progress meetings, and detailed reports on attendance and engagement. We ensure clear and straightforward invoicing and collaborate closely to address attendance challenges.
Drawing on our experience, we provide tailored packages, ensuring every pupil receives the support they need. Our partnership aims for effective and meaningful educational outcomes.
Randstad has been providing educational support to children and young people across primary, secondary and further & higher education for 32 years. As a DfE registered and quality assured tuition provider, we specialise in provision of subject specific tuition (including English and Maths) and non academic intervention (including mentoring, enrichment, counselling and alternative provision) for pupils from year 1-13. Working with 145+ local authorities (LA), we support pupils referred for support from LA teams in virtual schools, school improvement, 16+, SENDART, children missing in education and young offenders.
