Session length days times

Sessions are flexible and depend on the need of the learner, starting at 2 hours per week to a maximum of 15 hours per week. We run sessions Monday - Friday, term time only. Our morning session runs from 9am - 12pm and our afternoon session runs from 12pm - 3pm. 

Details of provision service

Forest Wild Ones Ltd is a dedicated team providing specialist educational mentoring and tuition sessions for children struggling to access full time education. We are an outdoor forest school provision running our sessions from Cinderford Scout Hut, based in the Forest of Dean. 

We offer this to children with a wide range of needs on a 1:1 or small group basis. We understand the unique challenges and complexities of working with children with additional, Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) needs. 

To ensure the highest quality of care and education, our staff are carefully selected, each possessing many years of hands-on experience in these specialised areas.

We are currently able to offer our services for local areas such as Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, Monmouthshire and Herefordshire. 

Accreditations

Pass Functional Skills - Level 1, 2 and entry level 3 in Maths and English. 

Programmes offered and cost

We provide specialist educational mentoring and tutoring sessions for children struggling to access full time education. We offer this to children with a wide range of needs on a 1:1 or small group basis. The sessions are bespoke to the requirements of the pupil,  working on achieving their individual targets.
