Details of provision service

First Thought Care Services Ltd delivers specialist alternative provision built around highly individualised learning plans that are bespoke to each learner’s needs. Every placement begins with a comprehensive assessment of the young person’s academic ability, social and emotional development, communication style, interests and any additional needs. From this, a tailored programme is designed to remove barriers to learning and promote meaningful progress.
Plans are outcome-focused and aligned with EHCP targets where applicable, incorporating academic learning, therapeutic input, life skills and personal development. Teaching approaches are adapted to suit the learner’s preferred style, with flexible timetables, 1:1 delivery, and targeted interventions to support regulation, engagement and confidence.
Provision is regularly reviewed through structured monitoring, data tracking and multi-agency collaboration to ensure the programme remains responsive and impactful. At its core, First Thought Care Services Ltd prioritises dignity, aspiration and personalised pathways, enabling learners to re-engage with education and achieve sustainable, positive outcomes
Delievery of this service can be completed at our main base, within the school setting or within individuals own homes.
