Testing for Covid-19

There is national guidance on coronavirus testing, including who is eligible for a test, how to get tested and the different types of test available on the GOV.UK website.

Mobile testing

The mobile testing unit in Herefordshire is at Merton Meadow overflow car park in Hereford, with access from the link road.

If you are symptomatic, you can book online for a Covid-19 test.

Apply for a coronavirus test

Test results are sent by text, usually within 48 hours of a swab being taken.

If you do not have a mobile phone to access the test result text service and/or need to speak with the NHS Coronavirus testing service, you can dial 119 from any phone.
