Employee testing for your business
Lateral flow device (LFD) antigen tests are a new kind of technology that can be used to test a higher proportion of symptom-free people. This makes it easier for us to identify and isolate more people who are at high likelihood of spreading the virus, and that makes it easier to break the chains of transmission and reduce the spread of Covid-19. They are different to the PCR test (the test you have if you have symptoms). More information about the technicalities of LFD tests.
The deadline for registering to order free rapid lateral flow tests was 12 April 2021. You can now choose to:
- Ask your employees to check if they can get a rapid lateral flow test to do at home or at a test site on NHS.UK;
- Ask your employees to book a test at one of our symptom-free rapid test sites;
- Pay an approved provider to provide tests or run a test site for you.
