We want to hear your views about your Direct Payment Support Services (DPSS), including the support provided by SIL (Services for Independent Living), Compass, or Penderels.

These organisations currently support many Herefordshire residents, and your feedback is vital in helping us understand what is working well, what could be improved, and what might need to change.

Our DPSS providers have been supporting people for several years. While we are pleased with the service they offer, it is now time to review our agreements with them.

More people are choosing to have a direct payment, which means more people are using DPSS. We want to make sure that everyone receives the right help and support to manage their direct payment, both now and in the future.

The answers you provide will help us improve DPSS and ensure the service continues to meet your needs. Your views genuinely matter and play an important role in shaping future support for direct payments in Herefordshire.
