Help shape future cycling, walking and wheeling routes across the county

Have your say on the draft local cycling, walking and wheeling infrastructure plan. Monday 28 July to Monday 18 August 2025. This consultation is closed.

A public consultation took place to gather feedback and local insight to help shape the draft Local Cycling, Walking and Wheeling Infrastructure Plan for Herefordshire.

Recent engagement through the Local Transport Plan 5 consultation highlighted a desire from communities for better active travel infrastructure across the county.

In response, the draft plan outlines proposed improvements to make everyday journeys by walking, wheeling and cycling safer, easier, and more accessible.

The proposals have been informed by technical analysis and engagement with key stakeholders. We asked for public views to refine the plan further and ensure it reflects local priorities and opportunities.

The consultation started on Monday 28 July, and closed on Monday 18 August.
