Cremations take place at Hereford Crematorium and services can take place:
- Monday to Friday - 8.45am and 9.30am - 30 minute service
- Monday to Friday - 10.15am, 11.15am, 12.15pm, 1.15pm, 2.15pm, 3.15pm, 4.15pm - 45 minute service
- Saturday - 10am and 11am - 45 minute service
Simple cremations take place
- Tuesday to Friday - 8.15am and 8:25am
Cremation charges

There is no charge for a young person 18 years or under
Our weekday and Saturday cremation fees include the medical referee, use of the service room, use of the organ (if required, an organist must be arranged by the funeral director/family), choice of digital music, a certificate of cremation, a cardboard urn / or burial / scattering of ashes (unattended) in the crematorium gardens.

Our Simple Cremation fee includes the medical referee, a certificate of cremation, a cardboard urn / or burial / scattering of ashes (unattended) in the crematorium gardens. Whilst our Simple Cremation does not allow for a service, family members are welcome to greet and accompany the coffin into the service room where a favourite piece of music can be played. All we ask is that your time within the service room is kept to 5 minutes.

Single photo: £18
- A single photo shown throughout the service.
Music Tribute: £82
- A beautifully crafted tribute of up to 25 photos, timed to a chosen piece of music with fade transitions.
Themed Tribute: £100
- A photo montage with a difference. Choose from a range of themes and have up to 25 photos professionally edited and timed to a chosen piece of music.
Family Supplied Video Tribute: £38
- A family supplied video or photo tribute used as received with basic quality checks performed by the Obitus team.
Basic Slideshow: £65
- Up to 25 photos with simple transitions set to loop throughout the service. This option does not include music.
Personalisation edits: £23
- To the Music Tribute, Themed Tribute, Family Supplied Video Tribute or Live Web Stream.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Embedding or combining video(s)
- Inclusion of additional music tracks (up to 3)

- A professionally live streamed service that people can watch and pay their respects virtually. With live and on demand, families can share the secure link with others to watch as it's happening or view online for a further 28 days
