You can apply and pay online for copy certificates for events that occur in Herefordshire through the links below. You can also apply over the phone on 01432 260565 and pay by debit or credit card.

Cost of a copy certificate

A copy certificate costs £11. This includes second class postage. Certificates posted overseas cost £13 per certificate. Your certificate will take up to five working days to produce.

We also offer a same-day service for a fee of £35.
