Age limits
Start at 14.
The upper age limit for all Awards is 25.
Time needed
It would usually take between 6-12 months to complete a Bronze DofE Award.

| Time Requirement | 3 months | 3 months | 3 months | Preparation for the expedition must include training and at least one practice journey. The final (assessed) expedition must be over 2 days with 1 nights camping. There must be 6 hours planned activity each day, at least 3 of which should be spent journeying. |
