Car park season discs

Herefordshire Council issues season discs for certain car parks in Hereford, Bromyard, Kington, Ledbury, Leominster and Ross on Wye.

These discs represent a saving if you use the car parks every day and give the convenience of not having to buy a pay and display ticket.  However, having a disc does not guarantee you a space.

They can be paid for annually, representing an even greater saving, or quarterly

Season discs are available for the following car parks:

Hereford

Bath Street and Venn’s Close - £385.00 per annum/£105.00 per quarter [All day charge £4.00]

Bus Station and Union Walk - £385.00 per annum/£105.00 per quarter [All day charge £4.00]

Garrick Multi-Storey - £450.00 per annum/£125.00 per quarter [All day charge £4.00]

Greyfriars - £350.00 per annum/£105.00 per quarter [All day charge £4.00]

Merton Meadow - £145.00 per annum/£40.00 per quarter [All day charge £1.00]

St Martin’s - £330.00 per annum/£90.00 per quarter [All day charge £4.00]

Wye Street - £330.00 per annum/£90.00 per quarter [All day charge £4.00]

If you wish to apply for a season disc for any of the above car parks then you can download the application form at the foot of the page and either email it to invoices@herefordshire.gov.uk, send it to the address given, with the relevant payment or completed card payment form, or take it to the Info Centre at Garrick House, Widemarsh Street, Hereford.  The disc should be issued within 3 working days of receipt and the expiry date will give you the benefit of the full quarter or annual period that has been paid for.

If you do not pay at the time of application, an invoice will be sent and when this is paid the disc will be issued. 

Some 14 to 21 days before the expiry date of the disc you will receive an invoice for the next charging period and the only time you need to contact us is if you no longer want to use the disc.  If this is the case and it has not expired, return it to us and we will issue a refund calculated from the date we receive it to its expiry date.

Bromyard

Tenbury Road - £150.00 per annum/£45.00 per quarter [All day charge £1.20]

These are issued on demand from The Bromyard Centre, Cruxwell Street, Bromyard as are the renewal discs.  No invoice or reminder is sent.

Kington

Mill Street - £150.00 per annum/£45.00 per quarter [All day charge £1.20]

These are issued on demand from The Kington Centre, 64 Bridge Street, Kington as are the renewal discs.  No invoice or reminder is sent.

Ledbury

Bye Street - £150.00 per annum/£45.00 per quarter [All day charge £1.50]

Lawnside Road - £165.00 per annum/£45.00 per quarter [All day charge £1.20]

These are issued on demand from Ledbury Customer Service Centre, The Master’s House, St Katherine’s, High Street, Ledbury as are the renewal discs.  No invoice or reminder is sent.

Leominster

Dishley Street - £165.00 per annum/£45.00 per quarter [All day charge £2.00]

These are issued on demand from Leominster Customer Service Centre, 11 Corn Square, Leominster as are the renewal discs.  No invoice or reminder is sent.

Ross on Wye

Edde Cross Street - £165.00 per annum/£45.00 per quarter [All day charge £2.80]

Homs Road - £120.00 per annum/£35.00 per quarter [All day charge £0.70]

Kings Acre (Upper and Lower) - £120.00 per annum/£35.00 per quarter [All day charge £0.80]

Kyrle Street - £135.00 per annum/£40.00 per quarter [All day charge £1.00]

Red Meadow - £175.00 per annum/£50.00 per quarter [All day charge £2.80]
