Residents' Parking Permits

To apply for a permit, you will need to complete the relevant application form, which can be downloaded at the foot of the page.

Forms are also available by telephoning (01432) 260400 or from any INFO point.

You will also need to provide the required payment, proof of vehicle ownership (V5 document) AND proof of residency (council tax/utility bill). If only a visitor's permit is required, only proof of residency is required. Copies are acceptable as long as the details are clearly legible.

The form should be posted, with the supporting documentation, and appropriate fee, to The Parking Team, Benefit & Exchequer Services, PO Box 224, Town Hall, Hereford, HR1 2XW. It can also be handed in at any INFO point.
