Change to service X15 Builth Wells - Hereford

The 13.40 Hereford to Builth Wells journey on service X15 has been retimed to leave at 13.30 and run ten minutes earlier throughout. Connecting service 47 to Llandrindod also departs Builth Wells ten minutes earlier at 14.55. (This change is already in operation and was not notified to Herefordshire Council in time to be included in the latest Area Bus and Train Timetable due to be publsihed on 28 February 2010).

Changes to bus services - from 28 February 2010

With effect from 28 February 2010 the following changes to bus services will be introduced. Copies of the new timetables will be posted on the relevant bus timetable pages as soon as they are available.

Service X11 Builth Wells - Leintwardine - Ludlow. The Monday journeys on this service will be diverted at Walford crossroads to run via Adforton and Wigmore to Ludlow instead of Leintwardine. The return journey will leave Ludlow at 13.05 and run 10 minutes earlier than at present throughout. The Thursday journeys on this service will be withdrawn.A copy of the new timetable is can be found in the resources box below.

Service 31 Llangrove - Ross-on-Wye:  Operates direct between  Glewstone and Ross-on-Wye via A40 instead of Winters Cross and Bridstow.

Service 54 Bridstow - Monmouth: Minor changes to timetable. A copy of the new timetable can be found in the Resources box below

Service 72 Hampton Park - City Centre - Bobblestock will be revised to operate between City Centre (Shire Hall) and Bobblestock only. The service between the city centre and Hampton Park will be provided by service 75. A copy of the new timetable can be found in the Resources box below.

Service 72B Hampton Park - College Green - City Centre will be renumbered 75B. A copy of the new timetable can be found in the Resources box below

Service 75 Belmont West - City Centre will be extended to Hampton Park on a revised timetable.A copy of the new timetable can be found in the Resources box below

Service 412  Hereford - Garway: The 08.25 Hereford to Much Dewchurch (Steiner Academy) will depart at 08.20 and run 5 minutes earlier throughout.

Service 420 Hereford - Bromyard - Worcester: The 06.56 Hereford to Worcester bus will be retimed to leave Hereford at 06.50 on Schooldays and at 07.05 on Mondays to Fridays during school holidays.

Service 446 Hereford - Eardisley - Almeley will be revised. The 07.30 Almeley to Hereford journey will leave Almeley at 07.25 and run five minutes earlier as far as Whitecross with the arrival time at Hereford Country Bus Station unchanged at 08.28. The 12.30 Hereford to Almeley bus will be revised to operate from Letton direct to Eardisley (13.16) then Almeley (13.21) and Kinnersley (13.35). The 13.30 Almeley to Hereford bus will start at Eardisley (13.16) and run via Almeley (13.25) and Kinnersley (13.35) to Letton and then via the existing route to Hereford arriving 14.22.A copy of the new timetable can be found in the Resources box below

Service 449 Hereford - Madley will have a completely revised timetable. During the majority of the day buses will leave Hereford at 45 mins past the hour and return from Madley at .10 past. There will be an improved afternoon service from Madley to Hereford with buses departing Madley at 13.10, 14.10, 15.10, 16.10, 17.10, 17.40 and 18.20.  The evening service, operated by I&S Coaches, is unchanged except that on Friday and Saturday nights the 23.00 Hereford to Madley bus will run at 23.30 and the 23.28 Madley to Hereford service will depart at 23.58.A copy of the new timetable can be found in the Resources box below

Service 490 Adforton - Ludlow will be withdrawn and replaced by diverted service X11 (see above)
