Adult Cycle Training

Cycle with confidence postcard Herefordshire Council offers free cycling lessons to adults in a bid to encourage more cycling. One-to-one training sessions, tailored to individual needs are available from professional instructors. Sessions can cover everything from guidance on choosing a suitable bike and advice on route selection as well as comprehensive training in all elements of on-road cycling. Training takes place on local roads, near to participants' homes or workplaces to build confidence and skills on regular journeys. For details and booking please contact 01432 383656

Herefordshire Leisure cycle guide

Herefordshire Leisure Cycle Guide cover This free guide features six rides ranging from the easy to challenging with routes through Black & White villages, secluded valleys, picturesque villages and along river trials. The Cycle Guide is printed on synthetic paper and is both waterproof and tear resistant making it ideal for repeated use.
