Herefordshire Council offers free cycling lessons to adults in
a bid to encourage more cycling. One-to-one training sessions,
tailored to individual needs are available from professional
instructors. Sessions can cover everything from guidance on
choosing a suitable bike and advice on route selection as well
as comprehensive training in all elements of on-road cycling.
Training takes place on local roads, near to participants'
homes or workplaces to build confidence and skills on regular
