Adult cycle training
Herefordshire Council offers free cycling lessons to adults in a
bid to encourage more cycling. One-to-one sessions, which normally
cost £20, are available from professional instructors for a limited
period.
Training is tailored to individual needs. Sessions can cover
everything from guidance on choosing a suitable bike and advice on
route selection as well as comprehensive training in all elements
of on-road cycling. Training takes place on local roads, near to
participants' homes or workplaces to build confidence and skills on
regular journeys.
