Adult cycle training

Cycle with confidence postcard
Herefordshire Council offers free cycling lessons to adults in a bid to encourage more cycling. One-to-one sessions, which normally cost £20, are available from professional instructors for a limited period.
Training is tailored to individual needs. Sessions can cover everything from guidance on choosing a suitable bike and advice on route selection as well as comprehensive training in all elements of on-road cycling. Training takes place on local roads, near to participants' homes or workplaces to build confidence and skills on regular journeys.

For details and booking please contact your local instructor on 01432 383656
