It works to encourage initiatives, which promote access to services under 3 themes:
The project aims to make strategic links between activities that are designed to improve access to services, avoid duplication of provision and maximise the use of existing resources
HASP successfully completed its first year in March 2007,
bringing in an additional £218,000 of Advantage West Midlands money
into the County.
This money has assisted in the continued running of 4 Community
