Community Transport Schemes

There are eight main Community Transport schemes within the County which operate through local voluntary organisations. Schemes use a variety of vehicles including some which are adapted to carry wheelchair users and those with limited mobility.

Most Schemes require 48 hours notice of the need for a journey. The more notice given the greater the possibility that a trip can be provided.
