Is there a gay-friendly pub in Hereford?

Answer:

Everywhere should now be gay-friendly as it is against the law to discriminate against anyone on the grounds of actual or perceived sexual orientation. 

There is an evening specifically for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people, their friends and families (Spectrum) on the third Thursday of each month at 7:30pm on the Mezzanine at the Courtyard Centre for the Arts in Hereford.
