Tupsley Quarry Local Nature Reserve

Small area of scrub woodland and seasonal ponds in Hereford City. This is an important site for amphibians, and is managed as a Local Nature Reserve.
Local Nature Reserves (or LNRs) are designated for both people and wildlife. They are places with wildlife or geological features that are of special interest locally, which give people special opportunities to study and learn about them or simply enjoy and have contact with nature.
The site is accessible from Quarry Road, Tupsley.
