Meet the Heritage Services teams

Visitor Services - Hereford

Alexia - Visitor Services Officer

The VSO is responsible for overseeing all aspects of visitor services at Hereford Museums including the marketing and promotion of the service, the management of the Front of House team and the day-to-day running of Hereford Museum and Art Gallery.

Peter - Design and Display Officer

With nearly 30 years experience at Hereford Museum and Art Gallery, Peter is responsible for the look of the museum and art gallery and helping to make the exhibitions and displays in both galleries accessible to all our visitors. Peter is also responsible for creating promotional materials such as posters and flyers for the Service including the frequently changing exhibitions in the art gallery.
 
Julian - Senior Museum Assistant
The main responsibility for this role is the day-to-day running of the Old House Museum, and the management of the Museum Assistants.

Ian – Technician

Ian is the backbone of the Visitor Services team and can be relied upon to help out with a wide range of tasks including repairs and the general maintenance of all our sites.

Natalie, Linda, Nick, Monica, Becka, Thomas and Katie are Museum Assistants

The Front of House team – they are the people you will see on the front desk in Hereford Museum and at the Old House. They welcome visitors, answer questions about the displays, feed the bees and much more besides!

Visitor Services - Ross on Wye

Mary – Senior Heritage Assistant

Mary has been with the team at Ross Market House Heritage Centre since it opened in April 1997, since 2003 she has been Senior Assistant and is able to combine front of house duties with the general running of the centre.

Sue and Tracey are the Heritage Assistants -  welcoming visitors to the centre, asnswering questions and helping to put together exhibitions and displays.  

Visitor Services - Ledbury
