Museum Resource and Learning Centre

This is the central storage facility for the county's museum collections, with a difference!

In addition to climate controlled stores which keep your heritage preserved for all the enjoy this centre is also open to the public.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm, excluding bank holidays.

We run regular family events every 6 weeks, people can also make a research visit or bring a group to see behind the scenes. Why not come to one of our many workshops or lectures, please see our Events Page for more details. Schools and formal learners are also catered for with a dedicated learning room.
